The candidate should have experience in carrier services and wholesale business areas like capacity sales, leased lines, IPX, voice, mobile services, messaging etc..

  • Provides support in preparing business development and sales activities including sales pipeline, opportunity sizing, high level competitive analysis based on available market info.
  • Prepares the necessary business case for various opportunities  ‎to get the required approval from line manager to pursue opportunities. 
  • Interacts with existing and potential customers to ensure customer satisfaction, opportunity development maximum revenue as well as customer satisfaction.
  • Provide regular reports on accounts in terms of actual versus budgeted revenue numbers.
  • Understands customers’ requirements and provides key support in the negotiation process to finalize deals.
  • Screens value creating opportunities and prioritizes accordingly.
  • Recommends new product lines and/or product enhancements to capture business opportunities.
